Our History
Combustion/Mechanical Ltd began trading in 2007 with the formation of a service and contracting company in Christchurch. Growth has been steady and seen the company expand to thirteen fulltime staff.
The company is focused on providing a quality based professional delivery utilising the years of industry experience already gained by the existing staff.
The success of this approach has seen a steady growth in service contracts secured with both large corporate and small private companies in a very short time frame.
Our People
Our private ownership culture promotes an excellent work environment where staff at all levels are encouraged to participate in and contribute to process improvement. Regular staff meetings, team building, social events and individual staff rewards foster an environment of minimal staff turnover thus maintaining a high level of expertise and resource allocation.
All staff have been sourced directly. This has allowed the company to build on the wealth of experience they have gained. With continued nurturing of their strong individual strengths our staff form a vital part of our successful team.
ComMec is privately owned by local management shareholders working within the business on a daily basis.
